What is an AI agent?
Software that uses AI to get a job done, not just answer questions. It reads what comes in, decides what to do within the rules you set, takes the action in your systems, and tells you what it did.
What’s the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent does the job: it takes the action in your systems and reports back. Where a conversation helps, it can talk too.
Can AI work inside Slack and Teams?
Yes. That’s usually the best place for it: your team asks and gets answers where they already work, and the agent posts its updates there too.
Can AI chase unpaid invoices for us?
Yes. An agent can follow up overdue invoices politely and in your voice, and hand anything disputed to a person.
